Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions  (#65) on March 31

On March 31, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session began with a warm up consisting of different planks. The next set was a cardio set that alternated between 15 exercises and 1 minute of another, such as push ups and leg raises. The next set mainly focuses on abs with exercises such as tricep dips, v ups, and bridgeup. The set was repeated with one minute break in between. The session lasted 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
