On March 7th, they began with running and stretching, and followed with groundstrokes and rallying which took up half the lesson. Afterwards, they worked on volleys, forehands, and backhands. (1.5 hrs)
On March 14th, they began with running and stretching, and followed with groundstrokes and rallying which took up half the lesson. Afterwards, they worked on servings and controlling the ball. (1.5 hrs)
On March 21st, they began with running and stretching, and followed with groundstrokes and rallying which took up half the lesson. They finished their session by practicing serves and volley rallies. (1.5 hrs)
