On March 27, the Sugar Land Branch resumed Stay Fit At Home after a week and a half of break (spring break). Instructors started off the session with a cardio warm-up. The first set consisted of a variety of exercises alternating between 5 squat twists and another exercise. The other exercise included jump squats, skater hops, bridge ups, and lunges. Next, instructors led participants through some ab and cardio exercises including V ups, bicycles, crunches, high knees, and butt kicks. Lasty, participants followed Isabella through a short arm cool down. Participating AYLUS instructors were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
