On March 17, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session started off with a cardio warmup which included jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks, and lunge switches. The next set consisted of alternating between ab exercises and cardio exercises. After completing that set twice, instructors moved on to the final set. The final set consisted of a little bit of everything. Instructors also introduced a new exercise called “pencil jacks” which is essentially a jumping jack followed by a jump (streamline position). The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
