Greater Princeton AYLUS Textbook Library Opens for Students (2nd) in March 2021

Have old academic resources to donate? Help us make an AYLUS Textbooks Library for New Jersey students!

Our APs, SATs, and school finals are rapidly approaching, and we are all surely working hard to study all the course syllabus material! However, there may be families who can’t afford textbooks and cram books, or have other difficulties getting them. To help students reach their full academic potential without being hindered by a lack of resources, let’s all donate our old study books! By collecting these, we can create an AYLUS Textbook Library where students in New Jersey can easily borrow the resources they need, making their lives less stressful and better! Although there are alternative ways to reduce stress, like visiting methadone center orlando and getting their outpatient treatment done, it is preferred to try the traditional way, first!

We encourage GPA members to donate anything from an 8th grade textbook to an AP Chemistry Barron’s book, as long as it’s gently used and still relevant. The donation deadline is March 20th.

Please clean and bag the textbooks and drop them off at designated collection houses in Montgomery (Alissa Wu), West Windsor-Plainsboro and more (Cassie Tammy Wang), South Brunswick (Xinyi Christine Zhang), Berkeley Heights (Edward Sun), Warren (Anthony F. Yang), Edison/Metuchen (Audrey Wang), and Princeton (Fengqi Wen).

Volunteers dropped off the books while wearing masks and taking proper steps to ensure safety.

AYLUS Textbooks Library has lent the following 3 textbooks out to a student: New Jersey ASK8, Math Test, 2nd edition; New Jersey ASK8, Language Arts Literacy Test, 2nd edition; and New Jersey ASK8, Science Test, 2nd edition as of March 12th!

Participants: Xiangcheng Ying (3/11, 3 hrs), Fengqi Wen (3/12, 1 hr), Cassie Tammy Wang (3/13, 1 hr), Anthony F. Yang (3/14, 3 hrs), Olivia Ruofei Mao (3/15, 1 hr), and more.
