On March 6, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise sessions. Everyone first did some warm-up movements including leg stretches and rolling out the ankles. Instructors led participants through two main workout sets. Both sets had a mix of exercises, but heavily emphasized leg strengthening. In between abs or cardio, AYLUS members led participants through leg pulsing lounges to the beat of a chosen song. Near the end of the session, participants followed along for an ab set and concluding with a seal stretch. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
