Chinese Spring Festival is the most important and popular holiday for the Chinese people across the world. However, most of the Chinese seniors in senior centers have to stay indoor to celebrate the spring festival by themselves to minimize the exposure to more people due to COVID.
Phoenix AYLUS organized a fruits and cookies drive to encourage the members to make cookies, pick the fresh fruits, or purchase the cookies and fruits from grocery and donate them to Chinese senior center. These cookies and fruits for them could make them feel more festive, caring and loving by adding delights and festivity by these delicious foods.
