On January 23, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors randomly chose twenty exercises. For the first set, instructors led participants through 15 seconds of each exercise. For the second set, we combined two exercises from the first set for 30 seconds each. Lastly, participants followed AYLUS members for a short ab workout. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
