On January 16, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. AYLUS volunteers first led a stretch and warm-up for participants. Next, instructors led a set that consisted of alternating between 30 seconds of plank hold and an ab-strengthening exercise. Ab exercises included V-ups, russian twists, and sit-ups. Following, instructors demonstrated a cardio and arm workout. The set alternated between a cardio exercise and arm exercise. Cardio exercises included jumping-jacks and high knees. Arm exercises included push-ups, bicep curls (with weights), and shoulder raises (with weights). The session ended with a cool-down stretch. The Zoom session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members included Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
