On January 2, the Sugar Land Branch organized the first Stay Fit At Home Exercise Session of the new year. Since there was a two week break since the last session, this session had longer breaks in between each set to ease back into exercising regularly. Instructors demonstrated whole-body exercises. Exercises included plank, jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks, and sit-ups. AYLUS participants were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
