1. Holiday Performance
   1. Virtual Choir – Use app Susanna has.
   2. Quartets – Jack manage.
   3. Deadline ~ 21^st of December.
   4. Maybe 3-5 quartets in performance.
   5. For songs, have multiple people sing multiple parts of the song and then compile them.
   6. Leaders: Katherine/Susanna/Jack.
2. Cards/Crafts
   1. For informing the members, emphasize that crafts are acceptable and give examples.
   2. Rachel is in charge with Brian.
   3. Stuff dropped off at Rachel’s house.
   4. Other people drop them off to Senior Centers
   5. Either Kevin/Susanna whoever is doing contact for video will contact the centers.
   6. Branch will finance materials.
   7. Have templates for possible crafts.
   8. Email at similar time to senior center email.
3. Runoff Text Banking
   1. Working with CPACS for textbanking. Want ~5 people.
   2. Officers should try to get one person to do this.
4. Food Bank
   1. Follow up dependent on what Nick wants.
5. Shine A Light award
   1. Given by Sino-USA Next Gen Foundation
   2. We could apply our current projects.
   3. PR officers do this?
6. President Summit/Seminar
   1. We need to explain our branch history at the Summit.
   2. Michael and Cynthia do it.
   3. Maybe each person write a summary on their specialties.
   4. Date: 1/??/2020
   5. So we should summarize our three main activities histories and accomplishments.
   6. Also throw in Covid activities.
   7. Assignments will occur later.
7. Other volunteer activities during winter break, such as tutoring, give-a-hand, etc
