On December 2, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise sessions. Participants first followed instructors for a short warmup consisting of small jumps back and forth. This session mainly focused on arm and ab muscle building. Arm building exercises included arm circles and bicep curls. Ab strengthening exercises included one leg bridge-ups, V-ups, planks, and russian twists. Participating AYLUS members were Isabella Wu, Jialu Liu, and Elliott Yeh.
