On November 18, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session began with a set aimed to strengthen one’s arms consisting of WM rotations, small/big forward and backward arm circles, then Supermans, and tricep dips. To follow, the next set worked out their whole body with exercises that included bend overs, jumping jacks, burpees, squats, mt climbers, side crawl, plank, and jump switch lunges. At the end, members led participants to strengthen their legs and abs with bicycles, leg raises, russian twists, etc. To conclude, we ended with our 1 minute and 30 seconds of plank in celebration of Planksgiving.
