On November 14, AYLUS branch continued Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. This session mainly focused on building leg and and core muscles. Instructors led participants through various exercises such as squats, lounges, sit-ups, crunches, v-ups, and leg raises. At the end, participants held a 1 minute and 15 seconds plank for Planksgiving. Each week, participants will be challenged to increase the duration of a plank hold by 15 seconds until we reach Thanksgiving! Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu, Isabella Wu, and Nicole Wu.
