On November 4, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. This session began with a short warm-up consisting of high knees, shoulder raises, and tricep dips aimed to strengthen participants’ arms and legs. To follow, members led participants in an ab workout consisting of burpees, shoulder raises, flutter kicks, planks, v ups, infinities, and bridge ups. For a short full body workout, members led through alternating jumping jacks and pushups. Conclusively, participants built stamina through lateral squats, knee to elbow, and plank elbow taps.
