AYLUS is coordinating with the Phoenix Walk to End Colon Cancer to cheer on event participants and to bring volunteer opportunities. Unfortunately due to Covid, we are not able to directly cheer for the walkers at the event, but we can make signs to encourage the walkers for participating and to raise awareness for colon cancer. Signs should be encouraging and positive. Most importantly, the signs should have the color blue. Blue is the color of colorectal cancer. The program would love to have signs reading things such as:
– Thank you for walking to end CRC
– Welcome to the Victory Lap
– We our patients and survivors
– We caregivers & families
– Tomorrow can’t wait
– We walk to END colorectal cancer!
-(etc.)
So far we received total 18 cheer up signs.
Jack Xie (4, total 2 hours), Amy Xie (4 w/ more detailed design, total 7 hours), Yongfeng Chen (6, total 3hours); Wenting Chen (2, 1.5hour), Ethan Wei (3, 3hour).
