On November 1st, members of the Williamsville branch of AYLUS participated in the Citizen Archivist program by transcribing and tagging documents for the National Archives and Records Administration. They transcribed and tagged many different documents from a variety of topics, including final payment vouchers and bureau of public roads documents, in hopes of allowing the general public to more easily access and find these valuable documents. Williamsville AYLUS will continue to participate in the Citizen Archivist program every week.
