Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#31) on October 24

The Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit at Home Exercise Session on October 24. The session consisted of a cardio workout and a difficult abdominal workout. First, Isabella led participants through burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and high knees with knee to elbow movements between each exercise. For the ab workout, Nicole and Isabella introduced new exercises including starfish, rolling plank, and sprinter crunches. After the workout, participants did a seal stretch to relax and stretch out their abs.
