On October 21, AYLUS Sugar Land continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. This session had one set with small breaks in between each exercise. The set aimed to strengthen legs with squats; improve stamina with burpees, high knees, and mountain climbers; and improve core muscles with plank jacks and bridge ups. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
