On October 21, the Sugar Land Branch launched a nationwide butterfly garden construction project via the Environment Committee. Despite the ongoing national health crisis, it is important not to let our most prized possession–the environment–fall into disarray. Among the best ways to do so, especially during this time of year, is by building a butterfly garden. They enrich the ecosystems of the communities in which they exist and help boost citizens’ morale. Many plants flower best when planted in the fall, making this an optimal time to start a butterfly garden project. We encourage everyone to participate in saving the environment!
