On October 7, Sugar Land Branch Continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home program. The session aimed to help participants work on their arms and legs. Instructors led participants through an leg set consisting of high knees, squats, and different lunges.. Next, Elliott demonstrated arm movements of big and small arms circles forward and backward. Finally, they used their weights to do shoulder raises in T, I, and Y positions following with a variety of jumps. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
