On September 12, the Sugar Land Branch Continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members led participants through a warm-up consisting of jumping jacks, lounge jumps, lounge holds, high knees, and shoulder rolls to the beat of “Head and Heart”. With their blood pumping, participants followed instructors in doing some cardio exercises, front, side, and back lounges, an arm strengthening set with weights, and finally an abs set. Within the ab set, members introduced a new movement called ‘starfish’. The session lasted for 30 minutes and had 10 participants. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
