On September 2, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Members lead participants through squats, burpees, jumping jacks, and various planks/push up exercises. Participants used weights, backpacks, or books to practice shoulder raises. Next, they followed the instructors in an ab workout. The session lasted 30 minutes and had 12 participants. Participating members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
