On August 29, the Sugar Land Branch continued its weekly maintenance of the Sugar Land Memorial Park Butterfly Garden. The park development manager was present this time to further instruct members on future project ideas like building an irrigation system. Members focused on pulling weeds using a new method and placing them over unwanted plants to deprive them of sunlight. The garden, which is now full of attractive and eye-catching plants, caught the attention of many people throughout the park.
