In response to many requests following the end of the Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program, the Sugar Land Branch launched the first session of the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program on Saturday August 15. Since this was the first session, members created a full-body workout consisting of an arm circle warm up, a moderate cardio set, an ab set, and finally a few rounds leg strengthening exercises. The exercise session lasted for 30 minutes and had about 20 attendees. The Fall exercise sessions will be on Saturdays and Wednesdays.The participating members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
