On August 6, Sugar Land Branch continued the Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. AYLUS members led participants through different jump exercises to improve stamina and strengthen legs. Next, participants followed instructors in a combination of arm and leg strengthening movements. The remainder of the session consisted of core strengthening exercises including what members called “frying fish”. The exercise session lasted for 30 minutes and had about 20 attendees. Participating members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
