On August 4, Sugar Land Branch Continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. In this 30-minute session, members led participants through exercises that improved stamina and activities to strengthen arms, legs, and calves. Participants were encouraged to use weights (less than six pounds) or anything they could find such as books, water bottles, or backpacks in certain exercises to help build up muscle. Participating members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
