Sugar Land Branch Continues Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#5) on August 2, 2020

On August 2, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members hosted a special challenge session in celebration for the end of the week. For the entire session, members led participants through a burpee variation challenge. Participants were split into two groups, each group led by a different AYLUS member. The groups alternated in performing variations of burpees including push-up burpees, squat jump burpees, jack burpees, as well as normal burpees. In total, participants persisted in doing 145 burpees! A few minutes until the end of the 30 minute session, participants followed instructors in doing a cool down stretch. Sugar Land Branch members congratulated participants for persevering through the end of the week and wished everyone a well-rested weekend. There were 18 participants in this 30 minute exercise session. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
