On July 29, members of the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. First, members led participants through an arm and wrist stretch in preparation for pushups and planks. Participants followed along through an arm strengthening set, a cardio set (consisting of burpees and jumping jacks), a sit-up and crunch set to the beat of a chosen song, and finally a wall sit competition. AYLUS members picked the participant who maintained a proper wall sit stance the longest to be the winner of the challenge. There were 14 participants in this session. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
