On July 28, Sugar Land Branch continued the Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members first demonstrated how to do warm up leg stretches in preparation for the upcoming workout. After the short stretch, members led participants in leg strengthening exercises such as various types of lunges and squats. Next, participants followed AYLUS members in a cardio set and finally, an arm strengthening set chosen by the previous day’s challenge winner. At the end of the 30 minutes, members asked participants for their favorite song to be added into the collaborative workout playlist. The participating members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
