Greater Princeton AYLUS Published ChitChat Magazine to Promote Culture Exchange

The Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) recently published a student-led ChitChat magazine to promote culture exchange. Check it out:

Serving as founding editor-in-chief, GPA member Catherine Feng  along with her team members (Angela Qian, Kevin Zhao & David Ji, Ann Zhao & Sean Li, Leo Fan, Jia Qi, Evelyn Chan, and advisor Mrs. Yu Li) did an outstanding job promoting culture exchange!

Overall, the duties included:

Planning topics and themes of the magazine (8/19/2019, 2 hrs)

Forming editorial team, recruited members and assigning their roles and responsibilities (8/22/2019, 2 hrs)

Preparing ads to call for submissions, discussing strategies to get submissions (8/27/2019, 3 hrs)

Set up email to receive submissions, monitoring and editing submissions (9/3/2019, 3 hrs)

Designing layout of the magazine, collecting more submissions from the community (9/14/2019, 4 hrs)

Finishing the draft of the magazine, began editing process (11/7/2019, 4 hrs)

Planning to fundraise for publication of magazine (1/18/2020, 2 hrs)
