As the coronavirus broke out in Wuhan, China in the dawn of year 2020 and still threatens millions of lives, the members of AYLUS RSM have decided to step in to help. As a team effort, we first launched a campaign to collect more than $840. We searched all the resources locally and remotely to purchase medical supplies such as surgical masks, groves and lens that hospitals and medical professions in infected areas desperately need, while finding relevant and responsible personnel through hospital connections at the receiver ends to bypass the use of the infamous corruption at multiple red-cross operations across China. As we finally received the purchased medical supplies, we researched the reliable sources that are still operating for global shipping between the US and China and drove hours to deliver the supplies to the carrier in City of Los Angeles. Thanks to all the help from our parents and the medical professionals in Beijing, China, we were able to accomplish this mission. As we devote further effort to continue our mission to help fight this disease, we hope that all the people in infected areas are safe and well.
