On January 20th, MLK Day, the AYLUS Birmingham Branch packed lunches for the homeless in Downtown Birmingham. Each lunch bag contained a sandwich, water, chips, chocolate, and an inspirational handwritten letter. In total, 146 lunches were packed in total. In addition, 9 lunches containing toys and special letters were packed for homeless kids.
