On December 16, 2018, the Miami Branch gave its last performance of the year for the local seniors at Heartland Healthcare Center. Hosted by co-president Lindsey Yang, the performance featured singing as well as solos and duets on piano and cello.
Participating members included Rosie Wang, Tiffany and Nicholas Beh, Alisa Wu, Jason Tang, Nathan and Hannah Chen, James Cai, Lucia Huang, Luke Yang, Eric and James Kuo, Simon Lau, and Lindsey Yang.
The seniors were extremely appreciative of the performance and enjoyed it very much. The Miami Branch will host an afternoon of games for the seniors later this month, and there will be more performances in store for the new year.
