On Sunday, August 14, South Boston Branch members Christie Yu, Eric Zhou, Selina Lin, and Daniel Zhou hosted a booth at Boston Chinatown’s Asian American event, selling pieces of calligraphy artwork to fundraise for burn patients. At this event, they were supported by Mr. Pan of the Empire Auction House Inc, a company that donated many of their goods in support of the branch’s cause. This event was also publicized in a major Boston newspaper, Sing Tao Daily. Thank you to the volunteers for putting in so much effort under the blazing sun!
