On January 3rd, 2016, co-Presidents Christie Yu and Allen Xu; Vice President Yuhang Zhang; and members Peter Bi, Christopher Zhang, Jack Tang, Tiffany Yu, Eric Zhou, Daniel Zhou, Tommy Wang, Tianyi Bi, Yifei Zheng, Daniel Zhou, Melinda Yu, Wanying Zhang, Selina Lin, and Ryan Lin of the South Boston Branch hosted its second art auction to fundraise for severe burn victims Liu ShiWei (10 years old) and Liu Jinlei (9 years old). During this event, volunteers sold works of calligraphy, craft sets, holiday candy, and stationery at R. J. Grey Junior High School in Acton, MA to support both children in their roads to recovery. Thank you to the members of the South Boston Branch for organizing and executing this event with so much success! These children’s lives will be changed forever, thanks to the hard work you have put into this event.
