On Saturday, May 13th, nine Aylus members with parents and others volunteered at Feed My Starving Children (Chanhassen Location), from 7:00 pm – 9 pm. In total they packed 26 boxes, totaling to 13,104 meals, feeding 36 kids a daily meal for a year.
We had a newer member of Aylus join us today for the event, one of our youngest members (9 yrs old), and she was able to work well and communicate with others! Overall the event was a success, everyone did outstanding work, and it was a fun way to spend the evening.
