On July 16th, 2022, four students in Lower Merion, PA founded the one hundred fourteenth (114th) branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Montgomery, PA

Description of the Montgomery Branch
The goal of our branch is to volunteer around the area to help and improve our local community. Our branch would mostly comprise younger children and teenagers who are searching for volunteer opportunities and are eager to help with a passion for community service. Some services that our branch hopes to provide is working for non-profit organizations such as food banks, donation centers, and more. We will also start fundraisers and donation bins that we will send to these organizations. When organizing activities for our branch, we will then ask for our members’ availability and get an estimate for the number of people that can readily take part in each event. We hope we can reinforce the qualities of cooperation, generosity, and positivity through the establishment of our branch. Overall, our founders believe all communities should be able to be supported and flourish, so we hope to be granted this opportunity to help as many people as possible.
