On September 19th, 2023, four students in Duluth, MN founded the 149th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Duluth, MN.

Description of the Duluth Branch
The Duluth Branch will be located in Duluth, MN- about 150 miles away from the Twin Cities. In the Duluth Branch, we wanted to create an volunteer group so that we could more actively assist in our community. We will strive to assist and volunteer at events such as the annual Grandma’s Marathon, and fund raise to raise awareness of global issues such as climate change and starvation. We will also present an opportunity for anyone to help out in the community and gain volunteer hours. We will have weekly meetings online to plan and prepare for events. We will strive to plan out at least one event every month, whether it be a fundraiser, volunteering at a community event, or tasks such as tutoring.
