The night before the Lunar New Year celebration at Dublin Jerome High School, Columbus branch volunteers, Ayden He and Dustin He helped making Shui Jian Bao and Catherine Harman with fried rice, two popular traditional Chinese food items, to be given out at lunch during the event. They worked with their parents to make dough and wrap the baozi, or prepare the eggs and rice needed for the fried rice. On the day of the celebration, Ayden He helped with the Bao zi stand. The students in Jerome enjoyed the food at the event!
