On September 16, 2023 at 7:30am, three members of SCV Brach came to Newhall Community Center to support the River Rally event. Volunteers helped City staff with event logistics to produce a safe and high-quality River Rally event. They helped control the line as clean-up volunteers wait for biologist training. This annual event is highly attended by residents.
