On Saturday, August 12, from 9:30 – 12:00 pm, the AYLUS branch helped out staff of the Kings park greenhouse.
Today, our job was to help the staff organize and clean the surrounding area of the fence. It is our job as volunteers to do all we can to get the work done quicker. We all took turns carrying stacks of pots to the trucks. Despite it being very heavy, our volunteers had tried their hardest to do what they can. Even under the conditions of the hot sun and a constant threat of ticks, the volunteers had done all that they could to clean out the fenced area. The AYLUS volunteers had worked hard today, and will always do their best to participate in other such events.
