The Chapel Hill Branch volunteers dedicate their time and skills in June to create crocheted hats for cancer patients, providing them with warmth, comfort, and a sense of support during their challenging journey.
Our members spent hours and days crocheting a variety of hats in different sizes and colors. Each hat was carefully designed to provide both physical and emotional care, especially for patients experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatments.
Volunteers who participated in this event are Karen Lin (6/25 – 3 hrs, 6/27 – 3 hrs) and Alice Cheng (6/21 – 3 hrs, 6/24 – 3 hrs, 6/25 – 3 hrs).
