Due to the rapid growth of its membership and projects, AYLUS Pearland recently received a special funding on improving the operation process and brand promotion from Project Rise and Shine (sponsored by LSA and Hogg Foundation). We have signed a contract with Wampii Studio for this special project. On Friday April 7th, from 12:00 to 1:00, our AYLUS officers and project leads held a meeting with Shawn Xiao, the director of Wampii Studio to discuss various topics. We decided we wanted to create an Internet storefront, (pls find a better word, I am trying to avoid Website because we are using Headquarter’s Website) where we could possibly have sign-ups on for members to sign up for events. We also wanted to improve our AYLUS social media, such as Facebook and Instagram, and we also wanted a google drive/discord/ a way to share photos. We also decided to have an AYLUS Remind to notify members of upcoming events so they can sign up.
