The Little Libraries are a little icon within our communities. A place where people can have easy access to books. It provides a no-cost opportunity for people to read. It improves literacy for thousands of people and especially kids on a daily basis in a world, where technology has replaced the majority of our reading. Riverside County AYLUS hosted a book drive where our members cleared some of their own bookshelves and asked for donations from friends, families and neighbors. The books were then used to restock some of the little libraries within the community. By helping the community to discover new books and helping those with limited resources get free access to such books RCA wants to continue to support this worthy cause.
