On November 5th, 2022, member Jessica Lu, went to go help a local food bank, Western Eagle Foundation (WEF).
It was a chilly morning so members layered up before going to volunteer. Member started off by organizing the food shelves. Member put items that weren’t in their proper place with their original group. She also re-stacked some items since they were a bit messy. Member sorted out 2 pallets of the donation items in the inventory section in few carts by it’s catagory, After took a while to sort/organize all the food shelves but she finally finished! Member took a quick break and went on to organize the non-food times (toys, toiletries, clothes, etc.). That was a big section so members took the rest of the time at WEF to organize it. Member enjoyed another visit to the food bank and can’t wait to for their next visit!
