On Saturday, October 8, five members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch volunteered to pick up trash at Bolin Creek Trail. Members collected around three bags of trash and were glad to be of help to our community. Littering can cause pollution, and encourage the spread of diseases as well as harm animals who might consume them. We hope to continue to assist our community!
Volunteers who participated in this event: Kathryne Hong (2 hrs), Jack Xu (1.5 hrs), Nicholas Wang (1.5 hrs), Grace Gao (1.5 hrs), Eric Sun (1.5 hrs)
