AYLUS Pearland was invited by the Forever Parks Foundation of Pearland to attend the groundbreaking of Pearland’s Ed Thompson Inclusive Playground, first inclusive playground in Pearland, on September 26 th, 2022.
AYLUS Pearland has been supporting this project ever since the project’s kick-off on 5/1/2021, through fundraising and volunteering at various events. AYLUS Pearland donated another $400 funded by year-round plant and veggie sale fundraiser, to this project on 9/26/2022. As to date AYLUS Pearland has raised total of $7500. At the groundbreaking ceremony the president of the foundation thanked AYLUS Pearland for its contribution, as a partner of this project, and as a crucial volunteering force at all the city events.
The project is expected to complete in 6 months and AYLUS Pearland is looking forward to organizing activities with Special Needs using the new facility in the future.
