On Saturday, August 13th, 4 students (Raine Ma, Connor Jiang, David Cheng, Arthur Hu) and 2 supervisors volunteered to help out at a free car wash for 3 hours from 10:00AM – 1:00PM. They hoisted signs for people to come join, and washed many cars all for free in front of a Re/Max Rise. Donations were asked of anyone who got their car washed, and all proceeds would go to a fundraiser for people with Alzheimer’s Disease. Over the 3 hours of work, we helped fund 676 dollars.
