On Thursday, August 4, 2022, AYLUS Twin Cities hosted a food packing event at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen, MN. The event lasted from 7-8:45 PM, totaling 1 hour and 45 minutes. The 5 AYLUS volunteers, combined with the rest of the group, packed 70 boxes of food, feeding 96 children for a whole year. We were very proud of how much food the session packed, as it was one of the highest days during the summer. It is very comforting to see so many people united in their mission to give children not only food but hope for the future.
